Post-Holiday Sex

Just back from a good Winter break and we're overrun with Erectile Dysfunction (ED) cases. Sometimes a patient’s medical history strongly suggests a physical reason for loss of erections, but only occasionally has that encouraged a GP to try the usual first line treatment (oral medication such as Viagra or Cialis) before referral to us. This is probably due to GP’s still being a bit uncomfortable in this area, but it would make a good deal of difference if they, in appropriate cases, tried this measure first.
