Most Common Presenting Problems

In our clinic we treat male and female problems. With men the most common reasons (% of total clinic) are psychological erectile dysfunction (34%), organic erectile dysfunction (20%), premature/rapid ejaculation (8%), retarded ejaculation (4%) and loss of desire (4%). In women it’s loss of desire (15%), vaginismus (tightening of the vaginal muscles which makes intercourse difficult or impossible) (5%), and dyspareunia (painful intercourse) (5%). We also see a number of people who have changed or are in the process of changing their gender.
